Acuity wins Award for Excellence from Department of State

Acuity will be honored with an Award for Excellence at the 17th Annual Department of State Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year awards ceremony on October 20, 2011.

Sponsored by the State Department’s Assistant Secretary for Administration, this honor formally recognizes Acuity as a top-performing small business contractor who consistently provides exceptional customer service, management and technical capabilities.

This is the second year Acuity has been nominated by clients in the Office of the Executive Secretariat (S/ES) for Small Business Prime Contactor of the Year, and the second time winning an Award for Excellence. In addition to the recognition for outstanding performance overall, Acuity was also nominated for their commitment to helping client teams meet their missions through business process re-engineering, business continuity, Help Desk and desktop support services.

Acuity’s CEO, Rui Garcia, will be at the awards ceremony in October to accept the honor.
