Acuity Internships
While the majority of the employees recruited by Acuity come from traditional search sources, Acuity also has established a paid Internship Program in which selected students from leading colleges and universities throughout the country are given challenging opportunities to work and learn at Acuity.
This provides an opportunity for the students to develop the skills and experience they need to become future leaders within Acuity’s organization. Each intern class is paired with Acuity employees who have volunteered to mentor these individuals. Working with an intern is an exceptional opportunity for Acuity employees to be a teacher and share their work and life experience with others. Acuity believes that in addition to helping interns develop the right skills in order to have a ready pool of qualified candidates for the future, this program also helps to nurture existing employees to become effective managers and leaders at Acuity.
