Acuity's Project Management Professionals (PMPs) demonstrated knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering IT project results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources.  Recently, a federal client requested IT services for project management services to consolidate local data centers and help desk into on centralized entity.

Work Performed: Coordinated, planned and specified the desired results, documented and determined schedules, cost saving incurred by the consolidation and estimated the resources required to consolidate each data center. Documented and organized staff and defined roles and responsibilities to support the transition of each individual data center. Reconfirmed expected performance, monitored actions and results, addressed problems, and shared information with client on the status of each consolidated data center.

Benefits: Consolidated data centers into a single entity, reducing  IT support costs, held desk ticketing systems and staff that were overlapping in similar responsibly.
